Two minutes from photo on WhatsApp to a drafted PDF quote. Labour. Materials line-by-line. VAT. Your margin. Reviewed and approved by you before it goes to the customer. While your competitor’s still driving back to the office.
How it works.
Photo + scope
You text Qenn a photo of the kitchen, the extension, the staircase - whatever the job is - with a one-line scope. Example: “Full rip-out, supply and fit, £55/hr.”
Vision model + trade pricing
Qenn reads the photo - floor area, ceiling height, condition, what’s in the room - and pairs it with UK trade pricing for materials. FD30 frames at the right cost. Intumescent seals. Fire-rated hinges. Labour days worked out at your rate.
Drafted PDF, your approval
Two minutes later you have a draft PDF on WhatsApp. Edit anything you want. Reply “Send to customer” when you’re happy. Nothing goes out without your explicit OK.
Trained on UK
trade pricing.
Other “photo to quote” tools give you a generic estimate that’s either too high (you lose the work) or too low (you lose money). Qenn’s vision model is paired with UK-specific material pricing, regs awareness (FD30 fire doors, Part L compliance, Part P electrical), and the kind of detail a competent joiner or builder would put in themselves.
It also doesn’t pretend to be omniscient. If it can’t see the back of the room, it asks. If the scope is ambiguous, it asks. If you want to add the cost of skip hire, you say so and it adds the line. The model is humble where it should be.

Not at the kitchen table.
Photo-to-quote is one of five things Qenn handles. Invoices, scheduling, payment chasing, and customer memory all live on the same WhatsApp number.
